This September East 33 has joined forces with renowned Australian distillery Archie Rose to create three bespoke spirits for Father’s Day, including a limited-edition Kilpatrick Martini, to complement their in-season oysters curated from multi-generational farming families dotted along the NSW coastline. Archie Rose’s master mixologists have designed the trio of spirits to compliment the natural flavours of the Sydney Rock Oyster. This pack features spirits inspired by East 33’s oyster leases in Wallis Lake, Noon’s Up Gin, Hell’s Gate Vodka and a pre-mixed Kilpatrick Martini, all of which adopt a deliciously bold lens on timeless classics.
