This expedition to the heartland of the Sydney Rock Oyster, at the pristine Wallis Lake will guide guests on a tour with multi generational farmers before dining at Shellar Door™ Thirty Three Degrees.
Guests have the option to travel by car or be taken by seaplane* for an unforgettable, hands-on Sydney Rock Oyster shucking and tasting amongst the pristine waters where they are grown. This tour is followed by a bespoke oyster-inspired three course lunch with matching wines at Thirty Three Degrees overlooking the marina on Wallis Lake.
