What if I want to change my delivery day? 

No problem. Just send us an email at sales@east33.sydney and we will organise an alternative date. Please keep in mind we need at least 24 hours to make changes. 


How do I change my delivery address or date of delivery? 

To change your address or delivery date, simply send an email to sales@east33.sydney and advise us of the changes. Keep in mind we need 24 hours notice to update any changes.


Can I skip a week if I am away?

Absolutely. Please reach out to us at sales@east33.sydney and we will happily reschedule your delivery.


Can I send one of my subscription orders to a friend?

We’re working on it! In the meantime, if you’d like to send a gift to a friend, you can do so through our existing shop


How does payment work?

You will be billed for your first scheduled delivery upon placing your order. After that, all future orders will be billed within 48 hours of your next scheduled delivery.


Should I be home to receive my oysters?

East 33 endeavours to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This can happen up to 5pm on peak days. While our oysters are shipped with icepacks, East 33 strongly advises you are home to receive your order to ensure freshness and correct storage at point of delivery. This is particularly important during warmer months.


How does East 33 handle returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of live oysters, we cannot accept returns. However, at East 33’s discretion, we may offer refunds, discounts or redeliveries, based on your circumstances. Please contact sales@east33.sydney if you need assistance with your order.


What happens if I miss a delivery?

We endeavour to deliver all Sydney orders before 2pm and all Melbourne orders before 4pm. If no one is home at the time of delivery, our drivers will give you a call and leave your pack in a secure place at the premises. Ice-packs are included, however we recommend that somebody is home to receive the order and store refrigerated immediately on receiving your oysters to maintain freshness and quality.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your oysters, send us an email at sales@east33.sydney and we will look into it ASAP.

Am I still charged postage? 

Delivery is free for orders in Sydney. If you’re based in Melbourne, postage and handling will come at an additional surcharge of $10. This allows us to work with our freight and shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered to you fresh and on time.


What if I want to cancel my subscription ?

We love delivering fresh oysters straight to your door, but we understand that things change. That’s why our subscriptions are flexible. There are no lock-ins and no cancellation fees.
