Our experts are working with renowned local producers that tread lightly on our environment and harness their knowledge and passion to highlight Australia’s winter produce at its most impressive. This winter will see the unparalleled depth of flavour and textural characteristics, telling a rich history of the waters they call home.
East 33 is pleased to introduce our winter producers from the 149° series, Audrey Thors (Clyde River) and Graham Major (Wapengo Lake), and from our 152° series, Robert Diemar (Port Stephens). These farms showcase the bold flavours of the Sydney Rock Oyster and its excellence during the Winter months so that you can enjoy the seasonal nuances the Sydney Rock is renowned for as it captures the fresh flavour of the Australian Winter.
